About Us

Down South Prowash was started in 2018 by Daniel Tharp. He created this business with the mission to provide a better life for his family while helping those in his community in the process. Daniel got his start doing ground work, carrying materials to the crew, and began building houses at the age of 13. After switching from new construction to remodeling, he found his talents were better served in that industry. At age 24, Daniel fulfilled his dream of building his own house, and since then, he has focused on remodeling and exterior cleaning.

Daniel, his wife, and their two children live in Brunswick County, North Carolina. He enjoys bladesmithing and woodworking when he is not working to provide the best customer service possible to his customers! His core values, such as putting God first, effective communication, and being polite and helpful, are the foundation of his business practices. As the CEO, Customer Service Specialist, Bookkeeper, Delivery Man, and employee of Down South Pro Wash, Daniel is committed to providing five-star service and building long-lasting relationships with his customers.
