Our plans can be set up to work for you! we offer a wide range of services we perform quarterly and fit each homeowners needs. We strive to give you five star service in everything we do.

Overview of Representative Services

NOTE: All services are limited to a maximum height of 22 feet above the ground

Exterior—Inspections & Services

Gutter Inspection
Remove any Soffit vent obstructions
Install/remove window screens
Address issues such as caulk repairs, vent obstructions
Attach hoses and open exterior water lines (Spring)
Drain hoses and winterize exterior water lines (Fall)
Clean exterior dryer vent
Lubricate moving garage door parts

Interior--Kitchen & Bath (materials supplied by homeowner)

Change/clean refrigerator filters (if equipped)
Vacuum refrigerator coils & compressor
Degrease vent hood filters
Clean garbage disposal
Tighten drawer/door handles
Improve door/drawer function
Empty & clean dishwasher filter (if equipped)
Clean or unclog sink drains (using chemical agents)
Exhaust fan cleaning
Clean lint from dryer vent line (if accessible)
Toilet repairs (limited, restrictions apply)
Clean washer/dryer filters (if equipped and readily- accessible)
Grout Sealing & minor repairs

Additional General Services

Hanging Pictures
Product assembly
Drywall repairs
Hanging blinds
Paint touch-up
Replace smoke detector batteries
Replace light bulbs
Adjust, tighten and/or lubricate door, drawer and window hardware as needed.
Add water softener (the cost of salt will be added to the invoice, but we can pick it up for you)
Inspect attic for leaks, damage, and pests

All materials are supplied by homeowner

Plans are determined by square footage of the home, our basic plan starts at $149

Standard Plan

The Standard Service Plan includes everything in the Basic Service Plan, but it also includes:

One Power washing of the home per year (during the Spring) at no additional charge
A visual inspection of the home exterior and handling minor issues (e.g., clearing vents, removing wasps nest, and similar tasks)
Replacing Air Conditioning/Furnace filters up to four times per year (with filters supplied by the Homeowner)
Replacing drinking water filters up to four times per year (either “in-line” or refrigerator water filters) (with filters supplied by the Homeowner)
A visual inspection and cleaning (as necessary) of all bathroom exhaust fans
A visual inspection of exterior hose bibs (and repair of minor leaking on standard hose bibs)

The Works Service Plan

In addition to all of the Services provided in our Basic Plan and our Standard Plan, “The Works” Service Plan provides:

Power washing your house two times per year (once in the Spring and once in the Fall) at no additional charge
An annual visual roof inspection at no additional charge performed by drone.
Changing Air Conditioning/Furnace filters up to four times a year (up to 8 filters per year) at no additional charge (standard Filters)
Changing smoke detector batteries once a year (up to 10 batteries per year) at no additional charge
